茂海的政策是根據(jù)員工的優(yōu)點、資歷及能力對待員工。集團致力為所有員工提供良好的工作環(huán)境，使他們享有平等的工作機會，免受年齡、性別、婚姻狀況、殘障及其它與工作無關(guān)的因素歧視。
茂海為雇員設(shè)立了分紅獎勵計劃及購股權(quán)計劃，而雇員所得的薪金、分紅及福利則按個別員工的表現(xiàn)、資歷及經(jīng)驗厘定。
員工溝通
